Mondeo Mystery

Hello , im hoping that someone out there has experienced a similar issue as I am having at the moment. I run a mondeo 130 2.0 tdci,2003. 2 weeks ago it just cut out and wouldn't restart, no flashing glo plug light or mil light present.I run a repair shop in the north west and have a lot of specialist equipment at my disposal and usually am able to resolve these type of issues quite quickly.First as a matter of course I replaced the fuel filter, crank angle sensor and the cam sensor and it started up again but cut out as soon as it reached around 2000rpm,this time the glow plug light was flashing, still no codes (ecu read with FORD IDS SCANNER) Reprogrammed injectors, no difference, cuts out between 1800 to 2000rpm,wriggle tested wiring to sensors,no luck, watching live data and comparing readings to a good running tdci I notice that rail pressure at idle is 248 bar which is reasonable as the revs increase it peaks at 755bar before it cuts out ,the test car idle pressure is identical but at 2000 rpm it was only 650 bar, thinking that there may be too much pressure I changed the fuel pump pressure regulator and rail sensor al to no avail still same.spill test on injectors ok,i should add that the dmf was renewed 12 month ago.i am aware that the pcm can cut out the engine to avoid catastrophic damage when it receives data that it is not happy with, but in my experience it usually leaves a code, but not in this case.Anyone ever had this and cured it? Any info will be gratefully received.thanks
