Philf1
I think the second service includes more, check your service book and it will tell you whats included. Also don't forget prices go up.
winemart2
Also don't forget, they're ripping you off
MarksST
There not ripping you off, the second service will have more parts checked/replaced this is normal. Have a look on the ford etis website for what is on the different services.

RickyT93
i understand but i dont understand how ford can charge so much compared to others, isit worth paying ford? Sent from my iPhone using Ford OC
winemart2
And you also get another years breakdown cover included Doesn't help me much, I have AA breakdown cover which I pay a fortune for. I still say it's a ripoff, £100 odd for oil and filter just for a stamp in the book? 15 minutes by the time they've sucked their teeth? Never mind, we'll lie down and be shat upon. And don't talk to me about spare parts, the lad had to pay £90 for a door mirror (just the mirror) on a Clio. We're a captive audience and they know it. Jeff4155
Looking at it from my point of view its a rip off :P We get a 4 year transferable maintenace plan included when buying almost any Ford, so I don't pay a cent for 4 years or 100k km depends which comes first, this I can extend with another 2 years if I wanted to. MattDRX
You don't need to go to Fraud to maintain warranty, the terms are as long as it's like for like and they stamp the book there are no worries.
RickyT93
so what would be your guys advice? Sent from my iPhone using Ford OC
MarksST
You can get it serviced where ever you want as long as they use genuine ford parts, if you don't like the dealers price shop around.
Rossbclarke123
I'd just use the Ford dealer tbh
