Fixing Front Wing

After running around town on a lazy saturday after a big night out I wasn't concentrating when I parked to close too the curb and so the front black winglet came off the body kit, I was wondering how long this will last, luckily it happend at a snails pace and I just picked it up, I do have some proper Aluminium rivets that I will use too fix it, but the standard plastic rivets looks as if it was made to be broken. I'm surprized they lasted this long, almost all of the second hand cars I see have theirs missing, anyone else have this same problem? and a better way of fixing it back on?

You mean the bumper lip? If so just screw it back in with self tapping screws and be done with it.

Or take it off.

Do you mean the splitter? If so just use some bolts, washers and nyloc nuts that what comes with the TRC splitter

Dude that photo doesn't show much.

Sorry, only picture I had on this laptop, you can see the small black splitter at the bottom, I'll take some better pics of the self tapered screws, yes, I'm sure I can just screw them back in, but I think they won't last, the last thing I want to do is loose the splitter in the end I will probably just rivet them in with some Aluminium rivets

Self tapping screws will be fine, I put one on my old card which was much lower than a Fiesta and it lasted a few years with just them, took an immense amount of abuse over speed humps and my bumper killing driveway, sort of eroded it a bit but it never affected the mounting of it.
