My daughter has a "W" (2000) Fiesta Zetec 16 valve and when she was driving she had set the heater to blow cold air, aftera bit the heater started to blow hot air and I have had a look at the control switch on the dash and cannot see if anything is wrong. Has anyone any suggetions as what to look for and a possible cure please

Many Thanks

Check the coolant level it may be low. you may have a slow leak. there is a number of things you may check the heater valve and your thermastat let me know the outcome
