chris_h
Hello, I own a 2006 1.8tdci with 76K on the clock. I have put 10k miles on it in 12 months but this is going to be much less as I have moved 4 miles from work. Am I wasting my car by driving such a short way? the route to work is on an A road, so I get 60 mph at least.
Goodkat
Meh. I do less than 10k a year, but I do them in a nice Ford. Not complaining, as long as you enjoy the car then use it as little or as much as you want! Sent from my Gen 1 WAP phone
laumk7
I live just 1.5 miles from my work, but still drive in as A it takes about an hour or more to walk, B I work nights so it's safer all round and C I live in the sticks The car does get a chance to stretch its legs at least once a week though when I go to the next town 20 miles away Sent from my iPhone using Ford OC

I'm sure you'll still take it longer journeys every now and then.
