2008 To 2011 Rear Light Upgrades Anyone?

Hi all happy new year!!!

Been wanting to upgrade my rear lights in my 2010 Zetec S for ages and decided I'm gonna do it this month but all ones I can find in lights for 2005 to 2008 pre facelift grrrr. Can anybody point me towards any smart aftermarket lights that will be pretty much straight swap or upload photos of people that has changed these.

why not get some ST/RS rear LED lights? should be a straight swap and our resident expert Lenny has even made a guide to help!

Quite like the mk2 lights on that website Darren. Not sure if I'd get away with it not looking chavy. I like the R8 lights.
