Michael P
this car is driving me up the !Removed! wall i have tried three garages now, two of them being kia dealerships, the other being kwik fit and all three have been completely useless. kwik fit said i could get it fixed monday afternoon, so i take it, leave it with them for an hour and a half and come back to a car tha hasen't been fixed because they couldn't order the right sized part I ring up the kia dealership which is 40 minutes away and ask them about it, so i ring them for them to tell me hours later that they cannot get the part until 2046 (slight exaggeration but you get the idea) i then get up and set off from the house at 7.00am this morning to go to the other dealership 40 minutes away, i am stuck there for another hour in the middle of an industrial estate for them to tell me that the part they ordered didn't arrive and could be there tomorrow, but tey'll order me some other cables that can be here this afternoon so i drive home after wasting four hours in the middle of an industrial estate for them to ring up and tell me that they cannot get any parts until tomorrow at least, meaning i now have to cancel all the plans i had tomorrow to fit in with them i am absolutely fuming!!! the moral of the story DON'T BUY A KIA
DanGull
You think we really needed to be told not to buy a Kia? I hate bad customer service.
Michael P
its appauling. i don't blame the people at the dealerships, they have been nice but i hate it when they make promises about parts being delivered for me to then drive 40 minutes away to get them fitted and they haven't been delivered! Nug878
Buying a Kia was never on my "to do list" anyway to be honest mate. Hope it gets sorted soon. Can see why you're pulling your hair out.

paulworthing
Stick to your Mk 4 Fiesta Michael, I am sure it is more reliable and certainly easier to get repaired if things do go wrong
Michael P
i shall, its quite unfair though! all the kia garages around here are linked with ford garages for some reason and i keep having to see lots of MK7s! me and my mum wish it was easy to convince my dad to swap the kia for one.....
