Lenny
Hi guys. Replacing a blown turbo with a functioning one will soon blow it too. Ive saw this happen with a friends focus within two months of replacing it. Alot of people dont know that you need to replace the turbo oil feed pipe from oil sump pan to the turbo. Because the existing one will be caked with sludge this causes the first turbo to fail. After replacing oil feed kit, Put fresh oil in, Run for 15 minutes, Add wynnes engine flush Run for 5 minutes, Drop out oil Fill up fresh. Turbo oil feed replacement kits retail from 60-110 pounds one supplier is fordpartsuk.com No point risking another turbo mate. This is the precedure all good mechanics go through.
