warmed the car up for 10 minutes, like every day...Reversed out of the drive, (everything was fine on start up and when I got into reverse)..so reversed into the street and about to go into first when I noticed that everything on the dash had died. I thought I stalled it, gave it some revs and the engine was on..so I was confused.

It was a snowy start today, the colds murdered it..I hope its a cheap fix like a fuse. Help me out guys! :/

p.s. see the YouTube link on the title (wont let me copy and paste on here nor will it let me link it using the button)

thanks guys

Hiya mate,

Is it just the lights that aren't working or speedo etc aswell?

I couldn't get the video at the time! Now I have seen I'm unsure what to suggest sorry!

If it was the lights, that used to be a safety feature to show rear lights were not working, not sure if it's still the same.

I hope its not expensive, I've already shelled out 300 quid to get it through the mot like 3 days ago..:(. Honestly hoping and praying for a blown fuse. The car starts, but the dash is just dead, I've had some suggestions: some have said it could be do with a dying battery, fuses obviously and weirdly a dash PCB - ford currently quoted me 450 quid to buy and fit the PCB :(

I had a similar problem, where none of the dials would work for the first 10-15 seconds. Turned out to be one of the fuses but can't remember which one atm.
