BHeart
Hi Having ordered a new Fiesta Titanium X at the beginning of January, I've just been sent the VIN by my dealer and the car is due at the dealers in the week commencing 16th February with a delivery date of 1st March. Now all I have to do is sell my present Fiesta. :) I entered the VIN in Ford ETIS and all of the 'spec' came up and I know Ford have varied names for some the options we order and, some info seems to contradict itself so, I would appreciate some info on following the Q's please: There is an entry called, "Titanium Upgrade SVP", what is this? I one for the built-in navigation and it also shows the following: * MFD Nav Low TFT Screen * Less Navigation * Navigation Date - Western Europe The car obviously has navigation but why does it say 'less navigation'? Also have front & rear parking sensors: * With Rear Parking Aid * With Front Parking Aid Will these be linked up to show "Park Pilot" on the display and will the front sensors have an off button? The car obviously has bluetooth and handsfree voice calling with SYNC but it shows: * Less bluetooth * ICE-Mid Audio Branded + DAB * 4 Speakers Front/4 Speakers Rear * With Media Gateway Modules * Less Voice Activated Modules The car obviously has 'part leather seats but I don't see any mention of them? I realise that ETIS is a guide to the 'spec' and will obviously not list everything and there might also be omissions.
alexp999
They changed from the old Ford system to SYNC on the Fiesta, so I imagine less Navigation and less bluetooth is the old Ford system, as the Media Gateway Module (for the nav SD and probably bluetooth) is part of SYNC. The parking sensors have an on/off switch, but it turns them all on/off. They should also come on automatically when you select reverse gear. And yes there should be a display indicator on the centre screen to give you an idea of the distances from each sensor. You should be able to see about the leather seats in the Interior Fabric: part of the Primary Features at the top on ETIS. Just remember that not everything is listed and it can vary by car. My Focus has a lot of info missing on ETIS which similar cars show, but mine still has the equipment.
Willy
As Alex said you'll find your seat trim spec in the top right of the page, your looking for "Smitty Tech / Charcoal Black" trim.

BHeart
Hi I've just checked ETIS and I don't have "Interior Fabric" under "Primary Features" and, when you expand the list, it has: * Int Environment Clr-Charcoal Black * Int Feat Colour - Charcoal Black I also don't have "Territory" so no (+) "GB" as shown by Willy's picture and, also on my previous two Fiesta Mk7's so, I very much hope that both of these are going to appear over the next few days? Any ideas on the "Titanium Upgrade SVP"?
Willy
Is yours showing a built date yet? Mines had loads of info missing before the built date.

BHeart
Hi Willy Sorry, I should have posted the build date which was 31st January at the Neihl Plant. As your car was built on 26th January and you were able to check the info on ETIS, when did you first get your VIN? Just checked again, as well as the other items that I've mentioned, I also don't have "Sport Front Seat". I also noticed that, as on my present Fiesta, there is no "ICE Feature Pack 9" mentioned on the NEW car spec and, under "Outside Temp Thermometer", my present car shows "MFD High TFT Screen" but on the new car it has, MFD Nav Low TFT Screen"? "LOW"? Yes I expect you are right about missing info which will hopefully appear, especially the 'territory' as GB and the interior fabric. I believe you also have a new Titanium X? Have you seen "Titanium Upgrade SVP" on your ETIS info? I've queried this with my dealer and they came back with: "Titanium Upgrade SVP" stands for "Special Vehicle Preparation" as it's a high spec car". I have looked around the website and forums and I am yet to find anything that disproves this theory". It's supposed to be an 'upgrade and nothing to do with being a 'high spec car' and, they say that, they looked around 'the website and forums' and I am yet to find anything that disproves this theory". Why didn't they just contact Ford? I hate having to query things on a new car and, I don't know if it's just me but, I'm not really taken in by any of that explanation. If, by some stretch of the imagination, that is the case, then your Titanium X should also show "Titanium Upgrade SVP" on ETIS?
Willy
Yeah I also have the SVP option and is a Titanium X. As for the seats have a chat with your dealer about it as I asked specifically for the half leather free upgrade.
BHeart
Hi Willy Thanks for your prompt reply. So you to also have "Titanium Upgrade SVC"? Can you post picture of that part of the 'spec' on ETIS please? The Titanium X already has 'part leather seats' so, I'm not really getting why you specifically asked for the 'half leather free upgrade'? Unless you meant free upgrade to 'full leather'? What did you mean by, 'as for the seats, have a chat with your dealer about it"? I'm still not convinced by his explanation of what Titanium Upgrade SVC" means. Willy
I remember when I used carwow I selected part leather seats as an optional extra and also asked the dealer when I put in my order. I've just noticed in the new brochure they come as standard so not sure tbh. I'll post some more screen shots from etis but be aware I ordered the dress up kit. BHeart
Hi Willy Thanks for all of the ETIS info, I'll have a look later and pm you. BTW, I've tried to copy and paste info to the Fiesta Forums, from websites, other threads and emails but, when I right click to copy and then, when I try and paste that info into a post in these forums, nothing appears. How is it done?
laumk7
Unless you meant free upgrade to 'full leather'?.Full leather isn't a 'free upgrade' at allSvp stands for special vehicle preparation according to google My dealer told me etis isn't always 100% accurate either, it's only a guide Sent from my iPad using Ford OC
Willy
I use my phone to copy and paste stuff. As for the seats I didn't order full leather just the part leather. I'll dig my order out and have a look.
