luke.grimbley
Looks nasty, shame it wasn't slightly lower or you'd just be changing trim

thatfiestaguy
Depends I guess, I'm no expert, but if they can buff the scratch out, shouldn't cost too much, under £100 i'd think. If you want the panel replaced, well, I'd say up to £300 or along those lines.
jeebowhite
To be honest, using the likes of chipsaway is a good answer, but the damage location would suggest you are looking at around £250, but then again I think you have already had it fixed now? jeebowhite
How much is their guesstimate to repair?
Ford_Man
How much is their guesstimate to repair? main dealer estimate was a whopping 520.00, so they got told to take a running jump, Got it done at a reliable body shop where the man has been in the game for 30+ years and also a family friend, yep you guessed it cost a fraction of the Ford estimate! Here a photo of the finished repair, the picture doesn't do it justice at all it really is a great job and nobody would ever know!

Ford_Man
You were right, looks as good as showroom condition! ;) Thankyou, am really chuffed with it, the only downside was the fact he had the car from Monday morning to Tonight and couldn't offer a loan car and the Mrs needs hers for work so I've been poncing lifts to and from work haha!
