Ryanbirchnall1 Posted February 11, 2015 Share Posted February 11, 2015 I have a ford fiesta zetec 53 plate, and twice this week, I've had an EAC fail warning light come up and my accelerator stops so i have to re-start my car then it'll be fine. More often than not its a sensor issue on the accelerator pedal, but EAC is a number of components, and you really have to check all of them. Start with the accelerator peddle, give it a squirt with some electrical contact cleaner, then, check in the engine bay for any potential collapsed hoses, there is one of the vacuum hoses I believe is susceptible to co 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
