Thanks guys. I'm happy with the finish so far... Eventually going to get some grooved and dimpled discs and updated pads. Also really want some lows now!! Just need to save up some dolla.

I was thinking that some EBC discs and pads would finish it off nicely along with some Goodrich braided brake lines all available at the one place ebcbrakeshop.co.uk

No point in fitting them until the existing ones are worn to get the most value from upgrade,

That's what I'm doing with mine service update on my build thread coming soon.

Another option in the same line as Lenny's are Mtec brakes, dimpled and grooved. Got them for my car along with the Goodrich braided line. The work well, look good and didn't break the bank. I also waited till my discs were on the way out before I upgraded them ☺

Yup... That's what I was thinking of doing. Had MTEC dimpled and grooved with Mintex pads on my VRS!! Very impressed and a marked increase in stopping power.

Oh yea, I forgot to mention how the stopping power is much improved now with the braided line and the Mtec discs. Definitely worth it mate :)

If you havent already then upgrading to Focus ST callipers is a common upgrade with Mondeo ST owners. Check out Fast Ford editor Jamies 220 with Asbo brakes and 20's.:)

They are the front callipers and carriers from the Focus ST225. So just single Pistons but bigger.
