Hi all. I was wondering if anyone has used any vinyl wrap companies in the west midlands or if they recommend anywhere in particular like a brand or site to get vinyl wrap from. I was looking to spray the rear lower section of the bumper on my zetec s but then I thought hold on why not just wrap it!

If its only a small section your better off doing it yourself.

Any brand of vinyl is fine if the surface is prepared properly.

I'll send you a PM with detailed instructions so I don't clog up the thread with a novel haha

That's appreciated mate. I don't know what I am looking for or where from at the moment so any suggestions are great!

Is that novel inclusive of a roof section? Am looking to do mine, would prefer to do it myself to save a few bob!

If so please forward on to me!

Not had any work done myself, but Midlands car care always seem to do a good job. They are on Facebook, based in Walsall

I recently wrapped my wing mirrors myself on the Audi. It's incredibly easy (I have absolutely no idea with anything hands on normally either)! I used 3M 1080 (Aluminium) vinyl wrap. A roll cost me £30, I managed to wrap my mirrors and had enough left over to wrap two laptops :). The best price I found to get the mirrors "professionally" done was £80. So a good saving if you ask me.

I'm kinda thinking I should've done them carbon / gloss black now actually. But happy none the less and it's no real harm to do them again in black
