GMX
Cat mad here too. :) I have three here in the UK. Tango, ginger & white tom, 8 and a half now! Had him since a kitten. Lily, completely white but a normal mog, not a pedigree. She's about 7 and we've had her 5 and a half years. Got her from the RSPCA. Pumpkin, 6 month old ginger kitten tom, got him from Cats Protection. He loves our cats but Lily hates him! Tango gets on with him though. Then 2 in Cyprus, Pudding a ginger tom and his sister Meow. She's completely ginger and quite longhaired, unusual! :) That's quite a few cats, I've always had a pair but not as many 5 in go. Gorgeous cats! Buttons (pictured above) is 11 years old now, although she still looks quite young due to her small size. The grey hairs are the only signs of her advancing years. Your Buttons looks much younger than 11 Foundation Degree lol Gets me a whole load of exemptions for my Officer Of the Watch and Chief Mates tickets lol Is that the modern equivalent of the old HND, or is between the Bsc and the HND? Yeeeuck cats lol... Whats the foundation degree in Sean? Not a cat man, then Ian? Ianb
Haha, I don't mind cats... Tbh I think all (most) creatures are beautiful and incredible in their own way, and cats are pretty cute... I just don't think I'd ever choose to own one.. I'm not into city cats because of traffic and in the country side there is all the birds and stuff which I don't like them playing with... Indoor cats don't do it for me either..

SeanW
Yeeeuck cats lol... Whats the foundation degree in Sean? Nautical Science Is that the modern equivalent of the old HND, or is between the Bsc and the HND? Pretty much somewhere between the two I think. Probably closer to HND.They're generally year long courses with a strong focus on self study. For the Nautical Science course, it's spread over 3 years to allow us to get seatime. Certainly at Fleetwood, the FD has a strong focus on self study, whereas the HND course is more classroom based. We also have to do mandatory safety & training courses in order to go to sea. There are means that you can take in order to reduce them catching wildlife, such as bells on their collars. Tango our tom rarely catches birds, they're simply too hard to catch with the bell on. Most of the time it's just little mice and vouls which can sometimes be saved and put back into the garden. Lily our female never catches anything more than a butterfly and kitten Pumpkin is still learning! Cats are sneaky/dodgy/backstabbing animals lol Sent from the pub with a pint in the other hand. I presume you've never owned one then. Just to add one into the mix, I'm not keen on dogs so we are all different. :)

Ianb
I like the way with most dogs if I want to share my food I can choose to, with cats, you leave it on the counter for more than a few secs and you're sharing whether you want to or not.... ...that being said, cats are fun to tease...
GMX
Despite weather forecasts to the contrary, the dog and I had a sunny walk by river Stour :) This time, she didn't find any goose/swan poo, to roll about in :) She tried and failed, to secure a scotch egg from an angler but did gain a piece cheese. :) Last night, I lost some unguarded bacon, to the new cat, forgetting she could leap higher than the dog or the old cat

Ianb
Is that the one that's built out of a Citroen 2CV? Yup. It's a brilliant machine actually, only 600cc but flies (it's very light) and is super comfy!

Ianb
Haha, I'll pass on the compliments. It's a three wheeler, think he's actually looking at flogging it in the near future. We were lucky, it was a nice morning, but we met up midday for a spin and the weather changed, we managed to dodge it all though.

Usually, when that happens in Dorset: Devon and Cornwall get more and for longer.
