focus overheating??

my 07 1.4 focus zetec's heat needle keeps rising to 120 degrees but i dont think the car is overheating. has any body come across this problem before?? can any body help? cheers!!

it could be some part of the wiring to the sensor temporary shorting out making the gauge rise, if your car is 07 plate it should be covered by warranty so get back to ford.

cheers for that,thats wat one of my mates said aswell. as for the warenty i only got 2 years and its up
