Fiesta 1.25 Petrol Mk6 Judder Under Acceleration

This is a peculiar one.

When I'm on the motorway and drop a gear to accelerate from 80kmh up to about 100kmh I feel a "judder" through the body of the car.

Its not alignment or balancing as it doesn't happen when cruising at that speed but only when the engine is put under load. It goes away when I stop accelerating.

It never happens at low speed and moving away from stopped so I'm ruling out clutch.

Very strange.

It's a petrol 2009 with about 35k miles so I would have doubted DMF. Does it even have one?

Any ideas?

Sparks, coils? Though I would have thought this would show at idle and also give a warning light...
