BHP chips

Wondering if anybody has used BHP chips like these:

BHP CHIP

If you have, do they work and can they do damage to other engine parts?

I've never heard of any one that's used them and for that price I wouldn't expect much. If they were that good you probably would of heard alot about them.

And as far as increasing MPG... B****cks!
