Please could someone let me know what information I will lose if I disconnect the battery on my 12 month old fiest zetec climate 1.4 diesel. I have asked a local ford garage who say that the radio code will need to be re-entered and that all information on the trip computer, other than total mileage, will be set to zero. I have also asked another garage who tell me that only the radio is affected.

as far as i know only the radio is affected

only the radio matters, the trip computer has no bearing on the futre use of the car, garages get up my nose sometimes.Please could someone let me know what information I will lose if I disconnect the battery on my 12 month old fiest zetec climate 1.4 diesel.
