Mk3 Body Parts - 2001 Vs 2004 Model

My 2001 station wagon got a long deep horisontal cut on the right side

Using it primarily now as 2nd car/utility car, so used body parts vs complete body work/paint is an option.

I may have access to some scrapped 2004 MK3's for demantling as needed, but would the differences between 2001 and 2004 model updet my plan?

Looking to replace right front side (over the wheel), front and rear door.

Doors are ok as I put some 2001 doors on my 2004, not sure about the wing panel but I think it's ok, just watch the doors as lots a rotted out on the bottom edge
