Kuga Tdci Ponder

Hi all,

If anyone can help it would be great

im looking to order a kuga this week, and have chosen the titanium x variant colour will be tiger eye as I have a blue car similar to the deep impact blue at the moment and fancy a change,

My question is do I go for the 180awd or 150 2wd both would be manual, just wondering what mpg anyone is getting as the brochure states the same for both models. im aware the extra 30bhp will help with fuel on modern cars but all that extra weight and friction Im not so sure. if anyone can give me some real life figures it would be great, I don't think a mile or 2 difference to that stated would bother me but if its way off mmmm.

I live up a v steep hill so awd would be a luxury in winter months although ive never had one before and always coped well sort of if the person in front could drive a little better lol

any help appreciated

please also feel free to comment on the coulour

Kuga is not quite as popular here as it may be outside this forum, but I think overall the sales for Kuga where underwhelming to Ford.

I heard grumbles that the diesel variant on a 4wd would do an average of about 36mpg, and 2wd around 41mpg, but this was from a conversation a long time ago.

It depends if you are really going to use the 4WD functionality. if your only going to get it for the occasional winter freeze then weigh up if its worth the cost.
