GerrardLFC
Hi, Just been driving along and got an error on the screen saying "Navigation SD card error". Seen it once before and after re-inserting the SD card it went away however this time it hasn't and it appears the USB ports are now dead also. It screams out a faulty fuse to me but will it invalidate the cars warranty if I go and change the fuse myself? I need Ford to give the car a check for its brakes squeaking when reversing but I can live with that for time being. I have a job interview up in Runcorn next week so ideally need the system back up and running to find the place otherwise Google Maps will have to suffice! madmole
Mine did that a bit to start, it was always cos the SD card had popped out slightly. Popped of the pastic around the screen and put it on better and card has stayed in properly since. 2 screws under the ledge below the hazard switch if you have the sony unit and the facia pops off
