dogman
Hello everybody I'm a newbie at this so please bear with me. I have a 2001 1.3 ka and the cooling fan won't cut in when the engine gets hot. I have fitted a new thermostat and also I have had to fit a new heater valve. Trouble is I don't know where cooling fan sensor is and how to test it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. fordkangatimoti
It does not cut in until 105 deg C, gave up on mine and put a switch in to turn it on in summer if in traffic or towing. Old Ka forum had article there was a wire on the sensor you could short out and the fan started.
