Alright mate,

that's one of my vids, i finally reported it today to my dealer, and my car is going in on friday to be investigated, they believe as do i that it's to do with some sort of ambient temp. monitoring fan for the climate control system that has some sort of issue, maybe an obstruction resting across it's blades - will know by this time on friday.

How does that grab ya?

As far as I know this has been asked before and it would appear that all fiestas with climate control suffer from this noise to a lessor or greater extent, also had a Scenic once that had a similar noise from the climate control when first switched on

Mine's always done this (since new in mid April) - stops after a while, I don't think that it's anything to worry about. Like bryfly I believe it's a "characteristic" of the climate control. I'd be concerned though if it was making that sort of noise constantly!

trust me when i say, it's too noisy. Characteristic my bottom, if they dont cure it - I'll be cutting the little bugger out - it's like a wasp on speed trapped inside my dash. If only the climate control were switched on... lol
