ScorpionSX
First ones...third are the classics which you find on every "wanna-be-ST" with 1.4 engine and "fast & furious" stripes, and second ones, I don't know, they kinda look the same as you already have...(to me it would be the same thing as going from MK2 Focus to MK2.5 Focus as I explained in your other thread if you remember :) ) Oh and you should definitely get the ST spoiler, it gets much much better look then! ;)
WES180
First ones are off a Kuga, not sure about those. The last ones are not Focus ST 18's, they are Mondeo Sport 19's and will make it look similar to others but at the same time different as they are bigger, they are the type of mods i personally like!:)
Dan P
I like it. Look forward to seeing a whole side done. And I am not disappointed! Looks great.
kpg
And I am not disappointed! Looks great. Cheers buddy. Really liking the Mondeo 19s. Hard to find in a set of 4 for a good price though. Sent from my iPhone 5s.
Stoney871
Never been keen on chrome on cars for the sake of it. My car doesn't have exterior chrome and I'm glad of that.
kpg
Never been keen on chrome on cars for the sake of it. My car doesn't have exterior chrome and I'm glad of that. I agree. I keep looking out the window at the car and smiling. I guess that means I like the new blackness lol Sent from my iPhone 5s.
Stoney871
If they had offered it in Anthracite to match my wheels I may of been tempted. They probably think chrome implies quality but I think too much for the sake of it actualls looks cheap. I suffer chrome inside the car because it breaks up the dark ST interior a bit. Kinda ST-like but not at the same time. Sent from my iPhone 5s.
kpg
Hello! Some cool news. I bought a bottle of "Bleeding Iron" from a UK company called Juicy Details UK and only after trying it on my alloys. It's well good I must say, best cleaning product for the car I've ever bought. Stupidly I only took after shots of my alloys but I did one of the wife's just for you all to see: One Ming-dog wheel: Spray on and leave for 2mins: Wash off with hose: That style of wheel is notorious for being hard to clean but the stuff did a crackin job on it. Here's mine after being cleaned. I didn't do in inside of the wheels yet as I was testing the stuff first: Pics don't do it justice really, it completely ripped through the caked in orangey brake dust on the corners. So happy lol I'd recommend it. Thanks to Nath for pointing me in the right direction. Sent from my iPhone 5s.

kpg
Good results! :) Thanks. Very happy indeed. I'll probably have the wheels off the car at the weekend to clean the inner bits so looking forward to the results. Also could be getting windows tinted along with sunstrip and lights lightly tinted too. Watch this space. Sent from my iPhone 5s.
kpg
No tints but have another update: H7R 6000k HID Kit. What a hassle this was to fit. Had to fit a relay harness and all that crap but got it done and happy with the results despite the warning message still showing when turning the headlights on. But if I press 'OK' it goes away. Some pics of where the relay was tucked: Great light output over stock, very pleased. PS. I don't want to hear/see any comments about HIDs in reflectors. It's my decision, it's done. I know all the points for and against. Don't need them repeated. Thanks. Sent from my iPhone 5s.

ScorpionSX
@kpg: Take a look at Wilco's thread here: http://www.fordownersclub.com/forums/topic/64885-my-focus-mk3-champions-edition/ He has dealt with HIDs on his Mk3, I think I saw there a solution to get rid of the notification error ;)

He mentions getting passed it by reprogramming the PCd or something. Way passed my skill level lol Sent from my iPhone 5s.
kpg
Sooo, wrapped one of my foglight surrounds: Looks good, if I do say so. Will tackle the other side tonight. Sent from my iPhone 5s.
ScorpionSX
Looks great ;) ... way past my wrapping skills :D ... I tried to wrap my stereo trim once, because I ordered the wrong colour, but the wrap wouldn't fit there for the world, lol :D ... ended up spraying it with plastidip :D Btw, I think you would get it done easily with HIDs and reprogramming, it's not that different from Mk2 - if you did something with ELMconfig, you can do this also ;) ...and there's a guide for ELMconfig here on forums :) Btw, did you eventually put HIDs into foglights too? Or it just looks a bit purple-ish on the picture?

Or it just looks a bit purple-ish on the picture? Lol aye wrap vinyl can be difficult to work with depending on the application but then again, it's my job to know how lol ! I've read through that whole elmConfig thread and I'm just not up to it to be honest. The fog light bulbs are actually Cree ones. No one believed me about the purple tint but yea I notice it a lot. I'm actually thinking of putting the yellow fogs I had on my fiesta in there instead. But will probably leave that until the car is lowered and has the windows tinted as it'll match the look better I think. Sent from my iPhone 5s. ScorpionSX
If you're aiming for the white-ish look on the fogs too, I would recommend getting something like this: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/High-Power-LED-Daytime-Running-Light-with-Fog-Light-90mm-Round-R87-DRL-Black-/221829320653?hash=item33a60ecfcd or http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/3-5-90mm-COB-LED-Angel-Eyes-Daytime-Running-Lights-Fog-Lamps-/291469929358?hash=item43dcf62b8e ...which also have DRLs in it and a white LED fog light. Looks pretty nice and also the light output is very good from the fog light. Plus the combination of black and clear glass/white LED... ...only thing missing would be the chrome surrounding :D lol

I'm all about the cheap and cheerful lol maybe for Christmas ! Sent from my iPhone 5s.
ScorpionSX
Haha, yeah, and if you'd see how much they cost when you buy genuine Osram kit! :D I thought about them too, but I rather decided for something cheap and cheerful too :D , so I went for ones that are similar to the first ones...but I'm still thinking about converting my angel eyes to DRLs :D
kpg
Finished wrapping the other fog light cover. Liking how the car is looking now with less chrome. Next thing to finish is the chrome strip on the passenger side and that's the wrapping done on the outside. Might possibly do centre console in carbon or gloss black, still deciding. Next up hopefully will be window tints but it's looking likely to be September before anything else major happens.
