salsheikh
i purchased an RS Parts splitter and didnt like the way it held water on the lip if it rained or was washed. I then purchased another one (got it cheap) and decided to modify it...The Escort Cossie being my choice of inspiration.... Before Lip is flat After - lip is at an angle from front to the rear so, what do you think? I even thought of adding some lettering and was going to put the new Focus badge on (in black) but then decided against it.

WES180
How come you have changed the wheels? I prefer the BBS CH's to be honest. Only my opinion though.:)
salsheikh
How come you have changed the wheels? I prefer the BBS CH's to be honest. Only my opinion though. :) I've always fancied a set of 5 spoke wheels on a car and when these came up I snapped them up. They needed a refurb which i did myself: http://www.detailingworld.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?t=359473 the BBS alloys were easy to keep clean as they were black but these alloys have had a coating of some ArtDeWheel to keep them protected.....just gotta keep away from kerbs now (makes me sound like a kerb crawler now :o :P ) review: http://www.detailingworld.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?t=358903
WES180
Looks like a nice job on the refurb. I need 2 of mine doing from the previous owners driving but am thinking a set of 19's instead, BBS CH/CK actually but in silver.:)

WES180
ha ha, you can buy mine and repaint them in silver! Now how did i know you were going to say that! I think im leaning more towards the CK's to be honest but will be a few months yet before i can splash out. If your CH's have some damage then you should refurb them now youre a pro and get more money for them.:)
salsheikh
both the BBS wheels look ace, the CK being the newer style. I will be refurbing the CH wheels before i sell them, just need time to do it. I only had the Jade wheels since last December...refurbed in early April and fitted on sunday!
