Anyone Know How To Get Hold Of Service Pack 2014/15 For Mca Navi Plus?

Hi,

I would like to update my Ford Touchscreen MCA Nav unit to something later than service Pack 2013.

I have found references on a german Mondeo Mk4 site that somebody had service Pack 2014, Blue and Black CD's, and upgraded their unit successfully. Difficult reading the Google translation, but I managed to decipher that it fixes the truncation of the MP3 files and folder names, which I find really annoying.

The version that I'm currently running is 4041_130410, I could not find any version numbers on the german site to compare with.

I have also tried emailing Ford.co.uk, but they just directed me to a dealer or their Ford Technical Information Centre (that charges stupid money per minute!!). I'm not sure about others but I have never found the dealers helpful when it comes to software updates. They are probably great at the mechanical jobs, but any software/computer stuff they don't want to know about.

Does anybody know about the service Packs for the SatNav units? Or does somebody have contacts or a dealer they know and love that can help find out how the update discs can be obtained?

Did you end up updating your system? I'm looking into updating mine at the moment and have found replacement as cards with the map data on eBay fairly cheaply, but I'm trying to get to the bottom of whether the 2 part cd is also needed to properly update everything
