Cannot Disconnect Phone Calls With Steering Wheel Button

For some strange reason when i have a call come in when ive finished i
cannot disconnect the call no matter how many times i press the
button.this happens most of the time but not always.i have done the
master reset option but still the same.

i do use the bluetooth phone options a lot as i use the car for work.

Does the button on the stero disconnect the call if yes you need the wheel button replaced if no, its probably a software problem.
