Phoned my usual garage and was quoted £180 for to get new injector seals... Sounds overpriced to me! Thoughts?

The new injector that I had was about the same

Yeah I know the injectors are about that price but I think it's steep for just the seals...

do you know whats involved to do seals?

£180 sounds reasonable to me.

Yeah I know but your talking at least 130 on labour alone... Surely that can't be right?

4 copper washer, 4 injector pipes, 4 injector pipe clamp bolts, 4 inlet manifold seals, 2.2hrs labour and 20% vat

seams cheap to me if its done properly,

you can spend quite a lot of time cleaning the muck out where the injectors sit, that needs to be spotless or seals will fail again.
