richard bromley Posted October 4, 2015 Share Posted October 4, 2015 hi, orderd a brand new 2015 zetec mondeo estate in January 15 it was delieverd 3rd june and broke down 5th june 100 miles on the clock, car recoverd by my local garage and thats where it stayed. its been there now for 3 months and awaitng of the part to be made in morocco by Delphi, everytime i think its coming they tell me its still on back order. my question are what does back order really mean and what can i do about it?
