TangoDaz
Hi all I have a focus mk2.5 and want to know if I can set up the doors to lock automatically when I start to drive off? I had this function on my mk 1 focus but have not heard of this function on the later models of the focus.

Dee_82
its pretty straight forward, tricky bit is getting the elm327 device working, after that its just the click of a button
TangoDaz
Hi Darren Sorry to sound a bit stupid but what is this elm327 is it some sort of of device that plugs in to the cars ecu. How much do they cost. When plugged in do you just tick the appropriate box?
catmand00
Everything you need is in the elmconfig thread. You really do need to read it to understand how it all works. It tells you what elm327 to look for and what to avoid etc.
