biff55
nope. and i think the bluetooth module is seperate to the stereo unit anyway.
Stoney871
The bluetooth module is seperate and if fitted will be located behind the glovebox (above the liner).
Phen0mable
does it mean that I can buy one and connect it to my radio ??
daryl_hurst
The 6000CD stereo is rubbish. Just buy an aftermarket one with bluetooth built in.
JW1982
does it mean that I can buy one and connect it to my radio ?? The Bluetooth/Voicecontrol system can be retrofitted without any problem. However You will need a lot more parts than only the module. The Bluetooth/Voicecontrol system contains the following parts: * Bluetooth/Voicecontrol module. * Mounting bracket for the module. * Radio remote (stalk) with VOICE button. * Microphone. * Large model interior light surround (with a small grille to accommodate the microphone). * Wiring loom for the Bluetooth/Voicecontrol system. Originally on cars with the Bluetooth/Voicecontrol system the wiring is fully integrated into the interior wiring loom behind the dashboard. For retrofitting the system Ford offers an accessoire wiring loom but this is quite expensive. The Focus MK2 did have the old 1st generation Bluetooth/Voicecontrol system. Parts for this system are rare and expensive. The more common modules and wiring of the newer 2nd generation MK2.5 system are not compatible. Next to this both the 1st and 2nd Bluetooth/Voicecontrol system are no longer supported by Ford. Newer phone types can have compatibility issues and/or bugs. in my opinion it is not worth both the effort and money to retrofit the Bluetooth/Voicecontrol system on a Focus MK2. A decent aftermarket system will be cheaper and have better functionality.
Stoney871
Or another option is install a Patrrot MKI9100 or MKI9200 kit. Far cheaper and easier than sourcing/fitting the oem kit.
Phen0mable
I want to able to listen to music of my phone as I believe, recording CD this days is rather stupid According to what Wilco says it can be expensive so after market Radio with bluetooth is a good idea. For 50 quit I can get decent Radio. Second option is just bluetooth module that would receive bluetooth from my phone
catmand00
Look for a a2dp bluetooth adapter on eBay that way you can use its buttons to change tracks without needing to touch your phone at all. I had one but bought the usb musicbox which has given my 6000cd USB port now Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Retired66
Agree with Daryl, bin the Ford unit, it's mediocre at best. A couple of weeks ago I swapped mine for a Kenwood, needed a face plate and connector kit, make sure that has the additional lead to allow the steering column controls to work. Got mine done at Halfrauds, took them 50 minutes which gave me enough time for a fatty burger'n'fries!
