L22EEW
Took my front wheels off today, to give a proper clean: Overall, not a bad job. But I couldn't help but notice on the back on the wheels - the lacquer is peeling off in some parts (mainly where the smaller spokes are). There's also 2 places on 1 of wheels where the lacquer is bubbling. This is a 2013 Titanium, so i'm wondering if this is covered under warranty? Ryan_Tango
I should imagine it being covered under warranty however they might try pulling the whole "You used harsh chemicals to clean them" line.
L22EEW
Ok, they might try and pull that... but it's on the FRONT wheels only. The rear wheels are perfectly fine, and I use the same cleaning techniques on all wheels.
GingerFlame
Possibly the extra heat generated at the front?
MONDEO TXS 2.2
Stone / grit chips ? Mondeo ST alloys were notorious for lacquer peel even when comparatively new
Ryan_Tango
I'd take it back talk to someone friendly they will be able to tell by looking at your car that you take great care and pride of your vehicle, judging by the photo's I've seen in your gallery your Shiesta is a sweetheart.

ayrshiredude
I got all 4 of mine replaced under warranty however I was told it was only a one year warranty for the wheels.
