welcome to the Forum,

Perhaps fit some Team Heko wind deflectors

also maybe go to local Ford and request test drive of another model identical to yours to "feel the difference"

(if any)as Ford used to say themselves on advertising

I added a little rubber draft excluder to my hekos as it still had a draft, didn't fix it complete, so might try adding a little silicone to the to top of the wind deflector, try and make a seat that side.

Have a look at the passenger side mirror trim hasn't come loose causing the noise apparently quite common

Shouldn't sound that much really,

Check carpet for moisture

maybe pollen filter passing or somthing.

Unlikely though it sounds, you haven't got something in the passenger side air vent, like a bit of leaf matter

My brother had an unexplained wind rush sound in his Golf. After checking the obvious loose trim, etc., and finding nothing awry, he put up with it. Some time later, when he'd removed the vent to do something behind the dash, a couple of leaves came out of the vent tubing. It was only when he went out later, after he'd finished, that the wind rush sound had gone

One thing i learnt from experiance

Make sure that the door rubbers are glued in place correctly all around the doors, one bit peeled away will reveal road noise and air/water
