DELRIO
Streetka '04 has been driving like a dream for a while now but last night ... Temperature warning light came on! No hot air from blowers and when i top up the coolant its just !Removed! out onto the road. Obviously a coolant system leak. Something simple im hoping??? Any tips on what to look for/try first??? Omendata
Water reservoir bottle - common fault on all cars - in cold weather especially - the plastic expands with the hot water then cools quickly and over time cracks and leaks. Put a newspaper under the car. Fill up the water reservoir and watch where the paper gets wet that will tell you where the leak is. Might be a loose pipe - worse case scenario is water pump which will be a bugger to remove and refit if you havent done it before!
