Pas Pump

Hi all,

I have been told there are particles in my PAS fluid and my mechanic advised changing the pump.

I was quoted £187 odd for the PAS pump, and I am looking for a cheaper part.

Online I have come across Q-Drive/Remy pumps at £80-120ish (depending on the pulley size)

I worried these are 'cheap' parts and I might as well just cough up the extra - So my question is, do you have any experience with/opinions of these brands?

These are remanufactured pumps fitted one to my Mondeo, £110 against Ford's £320! Came with a 2 year 40K mile warranty.
