Hello. Noticed tonight on my 2011 titanium, that voice control isn't picking up my commands ??? Don't use it that often.....but defrost mode is handy. Any ideas where to start looking (hidden module, part of the radio etc) Thanks in advance. Richard.

I know it doesn't recognise your voice if the windows are open, but AFAIK the only way to reset is a hard reset at the dealership 4-5 hrs job as I had to have mine done, made little difference tbh sync is still stubborn on occasion

What is the command for that defrost mode?

The bluetooth module is located under the glovebox in the passenger footwell. There are 4 plastic lugs holding the plastic in place, attached to this plastic is the USB/Bluetooth module. Could be worth unplugging this, and seeing if anything improves?

Failing that, I've had problems with the bluetooth and usb device before, and disconnecting the battery for 10 minutes cleared all faults.

Thats on a mk7 2010.
