PepperingAngus
My car has been jerking a lot on acceleration, and it has a flashing yellow engine warning light. So I guessed it was something to do with my fuelling system/spark plugs. So I checked my spark plug well, and I found a ton of water. Now I'm wondering how can i get the water out, and how did it even get in there? Once the water is removed I was thinking about doing the following. 1) Purchase ODB bluetooth reader thingy ma jig to uncover the error code and to remove the warning light. 1) soak the well in acetone and atf, to avoid snapping the spark plugs on removal. 2) Insert new well greased spark plugs 3) Replace coil pack and leads Does this sound like a good plan or should I leave it to the pros, as my car is due for a service soon. MrRedman
You can get the water out with a trigger spray bottle thingy u know under your sink lol put some grease round your water jets on the bonnet, that's how the water is getting in ! Finally disconnect your battery or pull the ignition fuse that may clear your light Cheers! 2005 2.0L Petrol Focus
