Nice gear knob replacement?

I'm wondering if anyone knows of any nice gear knob replacement which is as close to stock, but leather with red stitching, or even just red accents on the numbers? Everything online seems to be the crappy universal ones that don't really look nice either. Too tacky. And I want to keep the stock Ford look. It's for a 5 speed by the way, so the 6 speed ST one is a no go.
