The master clutch cylinder on the pedal is leaking and needs renewed.

You're looking about between £120 - £200

To be Honest, I'm not sure but last year the mk6 fiesta I had needed the master cylinder done and it cost me £160 at a garage!

its 'do-able' yourself.....the cylinder won't be too costly depending where you get it, have a look here for the method http://www.justanswer.com/uk-ford/3cv5o-hi-need-change-clutch-master-cylinder.html#re.v/511/

Note that the hydraulic clutch uses brake fluid and not oil. Brake fluid is corrosive so you should solve the problem as soon as possible and clean the floor matt and if it is a big leak also the carpet.

If there is a big leak and the brake fluid reaches the floor pan it will dissolve the paint and cause the floor pan to corrode.
