Sarc
Hi all, I recently posted some photos of our new Fiesta Zetec on these forums, with a link to my own 'first impressions' review of the car. Just in case anyone didn't see it, or in case it rapidly disappears down the topics list, I thought I'd post it as a separate subject. Not sure if this can be 'pinned' in any way by the moderators so it can easily be found in the future - just thought it may be useful to anyone considering buying a similar model. (As well as the write-up, the review also contains loads of photo etc.) Anyway, if anyone's interested, please click the following banner link: Cheers, and hope you find it useful. :) Sarc. -------------------- Ford Fiesta Zetec 1.4 in Colorado red, (3-door/petrol/manual transmission), QuickClear heated windscreen, 15" alloys, chrome bits here there and everywhere. (Would have also liked a built-in Jelly Baby dispenser, but sadly they haven't been invented yet). Ordered on 21st July. Build date: 5th September (Valencia). Delivery date: 29th Sept (2009)
slappyhaze
Nice review mate. I'm sure more than a few people will find it useful. I was like you before I got mine looking EVERYWHERE for any info at all. I wish something like this was around then - I got mine Dec 08 - cos all I could find were rewrites of official test cars. This is my 3rd Fiesta and definitely the best!!

Even if it's of some use to just a small handful of people, then I'm happy. :) -------------------- Ford Fiesta Zetec 1.4 in Colorado red, (3-door/petrol/manual transmission), QuickClear heated windscreen, bog-standard 15" alloys, chrome bits here there and everywhere, real spare wheel instead of the 'shaving foam' tyre repair kit which is normally supplied. But I'm quite happy with the standard ones supplied with the Zetec. Sarc
Just a quick update on my car. I did the original review when I first bought it, in October 2009. I have now driven it for many hundreds of miles and still think it's a lovely car. It has also coped admirably in the recent freezing weather - the heating system and QuickClear windscreen work a treat. Can't wait for the warmer weather though - then we can get out a bit more and start to enjoy the driving experience again. :) Sarc. -------------------- Ford Fiesta Zetec 1.4 in Colorado red, (3-door/petrol/manual transmission), QuickClear heated windscreen, bog-standard 15" alloys, chrome bits here there and everywhere, real spare wheel instead of the 'shaving foam' tyre repair kit which is normally supplied. Maffoo
I was literally just going to ask you how the quick clear windscreen coped with all this snow, just reading your review for the first time and I'm in the same boat you were - the obsessive phase...
