I've had my tyres changed not to long ago and don't know whether or not my TPMS was removed is there a easy way of checking? As I'm currently away in Germany and my dad has my car.

Are you sure you have TPMS and DDS? I would have thought it would show an error if the sensors were removed from the wheels.

TPMS has metal valves. DDS works from the ABS system so isn't affected.

Ye I have TPMS, was just wondering as I'm not in the UK right now. Atleast I now know that if they were removed it would show on the dashboard.

You should have a warning on the system  if not you should be good buddy, check the valves

My titanium x focus has TPMS and the valves are rubber. The tit x sport mondeo I had had TPMS but it had metal valves.

Digging this thread up, rather than start a new one.

I have a set of 16", originally Mk3 Mondeo wheels, that I use as winter wheels. Used them on my MK3 Focus, with corresponding TPMS error. Which I naughtily disabled in Focccus. Now I have a MK3.5 Focus and Winter is Coming. Elmconfig and Focccus doesn't work due to security. Forscan does but has no settings change ability. I really don't want to spend £200 on sensors plus fitting, any ideas?
