Alzy
OMG... That's the pic I have in my head. Marc, a couple questions if you don't mind.... your plate is dark in the pic, Is that normal or have you done something to it? Did you spray or wrap the plate bar black? Thanks

JSMarsden
Ford ones look alright, will probably match the white car. The EcoBeast badge though?

Figured the red badge would catch ya eye and then the 'beast' would be seen instead of boost and put a smile on someones face. If it's rubbish looking then I'll peel it off. Could only find red on black or black on red. I'll add a pic up when there here and fitted.
Alzy
With the great British weather today I managed to apply the steering wheel badge. Nearly stained me pants when I pressed it down and the horn went off.
Alzy
Gonna see a friend of a friend who knows a bloke, who's postman's daughters boyfriends dad's mates with a bloke who does wrapping on boats and cars. Mainly boats. What ya think? #1 or #2? Gonna get the wingmirrors done in black as well.

Alzy
Hi cookey, the tape I was gonna get from Halfords or if not fleabay, don't want it too wide so thinking 2mm. I see what ya mean about the 2nd pics deception with the grill. Hi Steve also, badges were from eBay in an auction. Got the white set for just over £25 Inc p&p. The EcoBeast was £6 on buy now. If you want a link to their pages I'll see what I can do. Been toying with the idea of plastidip spraying it, if this bloke is a miss.
Cookey09
I was thinking the same. either silver, chrome or blue tape for me. But can't seem to drop on!
Alzy
Had look on eBay and there roughly £4 a roll. 2mm x 2 lines x 10 meters. Gonna have a look in Halfords and if it's roughly the same and I can have it now I'll get it tomorrow. Also had news about the gangster wrapper. Is good, I'm gonna see him over the next few days and he's gonna quote me. Hope I know him or he knows me as its a garage/workshop/cut and shunt shop in east London where its gonna get done and it's where I grew up. Also gonna see what I can do with my grill chrome. Gonna have a few experiments to see what's best application, looks and quality. Thinking as it's such a thin, long area maybe a wide tape over it would be sufficient? I'll have to try to find out.

Alzy
Little update for you all. Been a busy bee the last couple of days. Driven to a few places to see what's available parts wise and it ain't all Its cracked up to be. Scrap yards aren't the place to go I've discovered unless you want mechanical parts. All the styling and most of the interior are removed before they end up in the 'scrap heap'. So I headed to eBay and got myself a zetec s grill. 90 quid later and it should be here Saturday the latest...they say. As soon as that arrives I'll be down the road to the wrapping man's garage to have the middle bar wrapped gloss black and if my penny's can stretch hopefully the roof. Added my chrome surround for my steering wheel badge, looks rather good I think. Still not the weather for bonnet and boot still. Cats and dogs all the time. Alzy
Grill changed today. What a fooker to do. Broke the original one and no one mentions the wire thats clipped to the lower fixing points on the grill. Couldn't reattach them to the grill so tie wrapped them to the bar at the front (bumper bar) infront of the rad. If you wanna save your grill then I would remove the whole bumper.
