Where to wire light up door sills?

Hi, so I sell fiesta related products and have a question... The majority of the people that have bought my door sills have standard footwell lights so it's very easy just to splice of them but I've had the odd person that doesn't have them... So where would the best place be to feed them?

I know it would be possible to take it Upto the light but that would require it to be soldered which is no good.

Thanks 571567acf0887_ImageUploadedByFordOC14610

I believe they feed to the roof light in the passenger cabin.

So the factory wires run up there??

Fancy! They look nice!

Also, my car didn't come with footwell lights, so I have wires coming down from the roof. They were split and crimped at one point, but I've actually done some soldering to the roof light now, as there is plenty of space to solder too.

My issue is just that I'm crap at soldering, haha!

Ah right, haha. I'm good at soldering (done all my interior etc) the problem is I don't think my customers will like having to solder them on haha57190d83bfc23_ImageUploadedByFordOC14612
