I'm looking to get an aftermarket gear knob and wondered if anyone knew the threadsize / pitch for the gear knob? Also any recommendations for aftermarket knobs? I didn't actually, probably should have... The reason I didn't was after looking at aftermarket knobs they only give a thread size not a pitch as well, so i assumed it would be alright.
