JayG90
The pain I'm in right now I wouldn't wish up on anyone. 3 days I've had constant shooting pains, and only getting worse. NOTHING is touching it hopefully get myself in a dentist today. Having to go home early as I can't stay still it hurts so much. Why create such an awful pain :(
jmurray01
I've had similar issues myself and it is terrible. Hopefully the dentist can resolve the problem or at least give you something to numb the pain.
GMX
I once heard a neurologist claim that toothache, in terms of stimulus to the pain receptors in the brain, was one of the worst to experience.
JayG90
Been dentist and if anything made it worse. £19.50 well spent, not! A guy I know said about liquid Advil capsule but do not think we have them in the UK do we?
TomsFocus
Teeth are rubbish... Damage most other parts of your body and they fix themselves, often with less pain too... But not teeth, they're basically DPFs, you just know they'll go wrong eventually no matter how hard you try to look after them. I live in permanent fear of dentists and teeth going bad. I don't have any advice but hope you find some relief from it soon at least!!

Advil is the Pfizer trade name for their Ibuprofen based painkillers, whilst you can't Advil in the UK there other ibuprofen capsules available here. http://www.boots.com/en/Boots-Ibuprofen-Liquid-Capsules-16s-200mg_16608/ http://www.nurofen.co.uk/our-products/core/nurofen-200mg-liquid-capsules/ There are also the powerful painkillers Tramadol and Hydrocodone, but you'll need to get a prescription for those from your GP, as they are controlled medicines

Anyone ever tried a bone marrow biopsy without the numbing injection (have a look on you tube),,,, now that leaves tooth ache way way behind. :) As for tooth ache try a codeine and paracetamol based drug called Codis, sold over the counter but not recommended for long term use, as in after 3 days stop using it. Works a treat.
