Removing Ford Roofbar without a key

I have just bought a Mk1 Focus with Roof Bars, but with no key for them. They are original Ford bars and have the number 29 by the slot for a (flat shaped) key . I have seen references here to thule bars and key codes which have letters in them but that doesn't quite match what I have.
Anyone have any ideas about how I could remove them so I could re use them, or get a key?

No idea what this company is like, just found them from a quick google, but it shows Ford 29 as a key code:

Thank you for the link. I've just ordered 2 keys.

I never thought t search online and was stuck thinking  "this requires a technical fix". Great problem addressed and a learning lesson.
