Hi,

I'm a newbie here and have to admit that I dont know a fat lot about cars!

The rear wheel arches of my 1998 fiesta are starting to show signs of rust, which I guess is natural for a car of this age. Are wheel arch extensions or guards (plastic or otherwise) available for fiestas? I dont want to "hide" the rust. I will be able to sand out the rust and use a rust disolver, prime and protect the arches but anything more flashy than that is beyond me. I havn't got the experience to get a good paint finnish etc.

If arch extensions arn't available or if this is just a stupid idea anyway then has anyone got any suggestions?
