wriggler
Just acquired new MOT for my Fiesta econetic 1.6 TDCI 2009. It required new steering rack, new front lower arm, and a bush replacing on the rear frame the labour cost was £300. Was this good value or should I give this garage a miss in the future? Can't say I've heard of a steering rack wearing out on a fairly young vehicle. Roughness lock to lock is usually suspension top mounts or track rod ends in my experience. 1 hour ago, m1tch said: Steering rack is the least of your worries with that engine! Lol, it's not that bad, only 90bhp one and don't even think the Econetic has a DPF in 2009?
