My steering wheel buttons (Vol up, Vol down, Skip forward/Answer phone, Skip backward/Hang up phone) don't work.. any ideas? I still have warranty, I should probably take it to ford am I right?

I would take it to Ford if you still have warranty, it could be the wiring has simply detached.
